On Thursday 6th May 2021 the Alvington NDP Referendum took place, and the plan was voted into official planning document status.

Written in consultation with the community, the Alvington Neighbourhood Development Plan 2016–2026 sets out planning polices for Alvington parish including community infrastructure, flood risk, the natural and built environment, housing and the local economy.
